Asked for handicapped room got a 9ft×9ft room with 2 twin beds and bathroom shoved inside....did not get a key, front desk keeps all keys and have to go get them to unlock doors each time you leave

Staff is really friendly but very limited English. My room wasn't big but I have all the minimal stuff. The only problem it's to get there, it doesn't have a easy connection with the centre of Lyon and around the hotel there is not enough things to do and the Hotel doesn't have instalation for recreation. Also it's really hard to eat something around.

La chambre était très propre, assez confortable.

Un problème de réservation à l'arrivée, rapidement résolu à l'accueil avec le personnel présent. Ce dernier a été disponible, aidant et le séjour s'est finalement bien passé !

Attention, punaises de lit !!

Malheureusement, le seul aspect que je retiens de l'hotel, c'est la présence de punaises de lit. A éviter absolument ou alors l'hotel doit faire le nécessaire pour éliminer ces bestioles

Horrible ! Le pire séjour depuis 30 ans

Hôtel pas conforme aux descriptions. Chambres très très vétuste. 1 - Le chauffage était quasi inexistant 2 - Problème pour prendre une douche dans une baignoire avec un plafond trop bas et un pommeau de douche encore plus bas 3 - cuvette des toilettes cassées 4 - Problème d’Èvacuation de l’eau du lavabo 5 - Pas assez de places de stationnement pour les vehicules

Cela c’est bien passé, mieux que l’avant dernière fois .,chambre propre , salle de bain très bien .. la télé fonctionnait.. il ne manquait rien ..,le seul détail est les extérieurs, sont assez sale et mal entretenu. Faites un effort sur la propreté de votre extérieur et de l’entrée de l’accueil.

Hébergement vétuste avec porte d’entrée qui ne ferme pas avec le verrou, un jour autour de la porte d’entrée d’1 cm donnant sur l’extérieur. Le radiateur qui claque sans cesse car la Clim ne ventile pas. Saleté au sol et poussières, moisissures dans la salle de bain … Pas de télécommande pour la télévision, lits inconfortables. 2 serviettes pour 3 personnes, très mal insonorisé .
