Many of the parks activities were closed and there were very few staff available to answer questions. The room was very clean and comfortable but other than a bottle of water, no tea, coffee or any other food or beverage amenities were offered in the room. The complimentary breakfast was temperature challenged but fine.

Perfect hotel room!
Beautiful Candy Party Room. Room was clean and in excellent condition. Lots of fun activities for kids. Staffs are polite and professional. Wonderful experience!!!

Strange concept hotel...not sure it really works
The hotel is difficult to get to, even though we arrived/departed from lantau Island, not Central!! The breakfast selection is very limited, and included strange options (mashed potatoes) . The room was large, mostly clean with a nice back outdoor space. Very comfortable, and great to be able to have so many beds/room options. Nice play area outdoors for the kids, and nice stroll through the garden with all the animals - but it’s a weird concept! I’m not sure what the whole park is supposed to be - we decided not to go as it seemed alot of money for nothing.
