Nice weekend getaway.
The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood on the end of a channel on the lake. The lake level was low therefore the channel was dried up, but we visited in the winter so that wasn’t an issue with us. The house itself was stocked well and had plenty of room for guest inside and out on the deck. The heated pool was AMAZING and made it worth while. Only a few minor things to be fixed was the cleaning could have been better as there was dog hair all in the couches and the guest house is a little dated and could use a remodel with an added TV. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay
We loved our stay at this property. It was just the right size for me and my two children. The hot tub was a huge hit, as were the lily pad and lawn games. We loved that it is in a quiet part of the cove, surrounded by trees. We had a lot of privacy and felt like we were back in nature. The back area was fenced in so our dog could roam without concern. Communication with the property manager was easy, and I received very prompt responses to any questions. Only constructive comment is that the wifi was spotty/in-and-out, but that is minor and easily fixable. We hope to return!

This property was perfect! The house was spotless, the instructions were clear and easy to understand. The outside was clean and well-maintained. The use of the kayaks, paddleboard, hot tub, and turf toys were a blast and well worth it!! Fishing was spot on as well as a quiet area to swim and have family time. We will definitely be back! We didnt use the lil house on the property but we looked at it and it was very nice and well-maintained. Thank you!!

Outstanding views of gorgeous lake from large windows entire back side of home. Multi level decking is the huge, looks brand new. Swim spa, lawn games on turf, amenities all excellent! We will be back again and again. Property manager offered the most communication we've ever experienced, anticipated any need, so friendly and immediately responsive.

Excellent property!
Enjoyed our stay immensely. Wish it had been longer. Check in was a little problem in that we didn’t receive any emails with instructions until we called to inquire. But that was quickly resolved and the rest of our short stay was uneventful - other than an awe-inspiring solar eclipse. Thanks again for hosting us.

We enjoyed our family Thanksgiving getaway at turquoise cove. The kitchen, dining and living room were perfect for keeping us all in one big group during the cooking process. This would be an excellent rental for the summer months.

Great Getaway
Rental process was seamless and communication was often practically instantaneous. The communal areas were bright, airy and plentiful. The kitchen was well appointed and if you’re bringing babies or toddlers, know there is no need to bring plates or spoons because there are plenty. The bathrooms could stand some updating. Batteries in remotes that appear to be the sole control of lighting and ceiling fans would be nice. An address before renting would have given us a little better idea of just how affected by the low water level we were looking at, though some in our group were able to play with the kayaks. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed discovering the cedar creek area, and we’re planning on making it a yearly get together!

Beautiful spacious home
This home was amazing! Although the water level was down, we were not able to enjoy swimming off the dock; however, kids still took our kayaks and Lilly pads next door. The house had more than enough room to accommodate us, and the host was extremely accommodating and responsive to our needs. Would 100 percent come back! The guest house was also the perfect addition for other adults to be secluded. We had a great time!!!

This place has everything you need to have a great time with your family! From games, outdoor activities, kitchen supplies, water toys, etc….its all taken care of. The water levels are very low but we knew that before booking and still had fun!

Short getaway
We took a long weekend to get away and relax. The house was comfortable and clean. Check in was easy. Only downfall that should be noted is the lake levels currently so far down that there is no water at the included dock. There is however a dock at the neighborhood boat ramp that can be used. Not as convenient but worked all the same.

Loved the cabin!
We had a great stay. Exactly like it says online. Clean, easy check in, great communication. The only issue was the stove. There was some kind of chemical used to clean the burners that filled the house when used and it actually cause one of the ladies to throw up on Friday night. Obviously this isn’t the owners fault. I’d advise switching the cleaning products. Other than that minor thing everything was great.

This lakehouse is in a nice neighborhood located on the canal. Communication and check-in were excellent. There are many games available to play on the property. The towels and linens were all clean. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this particular property if cleanliness is important to you. It has a lot of potential but needs some attention. This lakehouse was built in 1975 and needs a lot of work. The kitchen and bathrooms have the original cabinetry. They have really old and dirty cabinet liners. The cabinets need to have everything taken out and sorted through and fresh paint. It has old food, spices, and dishes. Below the oven looked like it had never been cleaned. The bathrooms are also very outdated and dingy. There is only hot water for about 7 minutes. Multiple people can not shower back to back. The entire house has a real distinct mold odor as well. We didn't use the WIFI much but if you need it, it's very unreliable. It's a cricket hotspot. The main house has two bedrooms that sleep comfortably 5. You could sleep 2 in the small guest house as well. It is also VERY musty and old. We did not even use it. The living room has a very small couch and TV for 3-4 guests. In the main house, the top bunk bed has a fall risk because they do not have the proper mattress so I would not use it for a small child. A low profile 6-7 in mattress needs to be utilized to allow for safety rail effectiveness. Overall, it just needs some TLC. Lightbulbs out, no closet to hang clothes. There are over 20 homes that this property management group manages. There are many homes in this area that I would choose over this one. Hopefully, some updates will happen because it has potential.

Fun Weekend
My brothers and sister in from Houma LA - my dad lives in Maybank and we all met here to spend some time with him. The place was perfect for all of us. We got to witness some pretty awesome nature, deer, birds, turtles, ducks. The firepit was a big hit - we all sat around it one night catching up on life.

Wonderful time with family
Very relaxing time. Plenty of yard games, board games, books and puzzles. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board. There was a burn ban so we didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit. The ONLY thing I would have to say is that the back yard isn’t completely fenced in and our dog got out at one point. Other than that, everything was perfect. Home owner/ manager was very attentive and informative.

Great family fun and fishing!
We have stayed at this property before and are so glad a chose to do so again! It’s been nearly a year since our last stay but I’m happy to see the place is still well cared for and they added a lily pad which my kids TOTALLY loved and we used daily! The beds are comfortable and the towels are extremely fluffy! The WiFi and cable was a good way for my kids to wind down in the evenings and there were toys for them to play with. My middle kiddo particularly loves the kayaks ( this house is actually the reason she got in one for the first time last year and got her own kayak for her birthday this year!) We have a dog this year and he loved the big yard and chewed on the walnuts lol! My kiddos caught tons of perch every evening and during the day went out with Dad on the bass boat on the lake and caught bass! We also went to town one day and checked out a few little shops and an awesome little local bookshop where my kiddos and I stocked up! There was fun for everyone and the kitchen was well stocked, we needed nothing! The owners were EXTREMELY easy to get ahold of when I had an issue ( an easy fix with a gfc plus plug ) and responded super quickly when I asked last minute for availability to spend a couple of extra days ( which thankfully there was ). I appreciate everything that has went into this house and the fun we’ve had there! Also the guest house is great, we just didn’t need it for this trip, but is a nice add on, especially for the price!

Really enjoyed the stay! Only quirks were some dead batteries in remotes and no lights (that we could find) for the dock area. Accommodations were clean and very comfortable! Great areas for gathering and enjoying each other's company.

Peaceful relaxing time
We had a great time and enjoyed the peace and quiet. House was basic and nice but we spent most of our time out on the wrap around porch or above the dock. Enjoyed our morning coffee with the sounds of a giant redhead woodpecker and other birds. Was very nice not to have mosquitos or flies which were so bad back home this summer. Rented a boat down the way and spent a full day on the lake. Dogs loved the fenced yard and boat ride and the property was perfect for our long family weekend away. Communication with the host was great and they made sure we had everything we needed. Will be back.

We were welcomed with a small goody basket when we walked in that made our day. The home was beautiful but a little dated. Outside was the place to be as they offered many outdoor amenities for everyone. The view was beautiful and we felt nestled in the little cove.
