A great house for a ladies trip!
The house was huge! The kitchen was amazing!! There is a hot tub on the back porch. There is 2 thermostats in the house the only issue we had was finding the one on the top floor (which btw it’s behind the door at the top of the stairs) but the host responded quickly and we found it. The host was great . We hope to stay again soon.

Peaceful family time!
The pictures doesn’t sever it any justice! Absolutely beautiful very peaceful, great way to relax from the city atmosphere. Manager was very responsive and friendly! Highly recommended!

Exceptional!
We had 10 adults all over the age of 50. We were in town for a bowling tournament. When we arrived in town, I hadn't received the check in procedure, so I called the Host and she was so gracious and got us checked in. The house was everything we expected and More! As we had 4 couples and 2 single, each of us had our own beds and rooms. I did have contact with the Host throughout our stay, and she was always gracious, even Saturday night, when there was a tornado warning and I called her. We did have an issue with the downstairs a/c, upstairs worked, and the house is very insulated, so it wasn't too uncomfortable, they tried to get an a/c company out to look at the system, but the company never showed up, being Memorial Day weekend. The host even followed up with me to verify if they showed up. For the inconvenience, the owner and host compensated us without us asking. If we are ever in the Athens area again, we will definitely rent this house again.
