What we liked about the hotel was the location, very close to everything and the street in the back of the hotel give you a better idea of what it is to live in Aguas Calientes. The room is small, but it was comfortable, and you don't really spend to much time there. We had hot water both days. Breakfast was decent. The staff wasn't rude but we had better experiences in our trip. The front desk is often without someone to assist and when we ask for a couple of towels because the ones we had were still humid for the day before, they said that they would have to charge us for extra towels. Also, you have to leave the key in the front desk, and because sometimes there's no one there either you don't get your key, or worse, anyone can get it since they are in plain site. Our last day there, we went out really early and came back before our check out only to see thay they were about to start making the room, so I had to go look the cleaning lady that had my key in order for me to get in my room. Check out is way to early 9:30 am. I think that because they know people still go there, they don't pay to much attention to detail since hotels in Aguas Calientes are more on the pricey side.
