Staff were amazing. They were polite and patient, even when answering (one would assume) the same questions multiple times a day. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved being able to look out onto the main street. Appreciated the hotel's contemporary yet tasteful design.

An unexpected pleasure- the staff were friendly and efficient. The location was perfect- next door to Shepler’s ferry. The room was modern, well appointed, quiet, comfortable bed, bathroom and shower were great, lots of bathroom countertop space!

Great furnishings at the street entry from the ferry. The best of and problematic area. Near everything, room was great. Staff very helpful! We stayed in October so by 8:00 pm very quiet. In the early morning it was noisy. Horses delivering and people coming off the ferry was loud! Silver lining … when we went to breakfast at 7:30 no one there!

Great Hotel for a Stay in Mackinac Island.
We had a great stay at the Bicycle Street Inn. I was amazed at the process for getting the luggage from the ferry to our room. The room was very clean and it was very quiet at night for sleeping. Beds were very comfortable.
