Well., First., we did not stay at this property. They had moved us to a property near by called Sunrise. Which we found out when we checked in at 4:00pm. They had already charged our card., so we could not dispute that., nor would they allow for us to cancel and get our money back. And they had raised our rate by approx $50 for each of our rooms., and would not adjust that back., stating because we booked with a 3rd party(Expedia)they could not do that. Upon entering our rooms.,1 was better then another. The worse one had a rotten vinyl bathroom floor and the room smelled awful of mold/musty condition. The vinyl in the bathroom was circled up on the edges and the support of the floor was spongey. We called Expedia customer services twice to get some assistance., even to help us cancel/w refund or book another room. However, Expedia rep. put us on hold., called the hotel. who reported the rooms were freshly cleaned and were fine. Because there was a large event happening in the next day., the option to find another hotel open with 2 rooms was slim., so we were had no option but to endure the smell., and very poor conditions elsewhere in the room. So., we paid $300($50 more then Expedia quoted) to endur in a hell hole for one night. We've used Expedia for flights numerous times., but not hotels. Definitely will not be using Expedia again for either., unless you make that right and get us a reasonable refund for this disaster.
