I had a great time staying at this location. David was the representative that checked me in, and he was multitasking cleaning a spill to ensure safety, answering the phone, and working with guest. He was pleasant and friendly. Thank you David.

It was a great stay! Check in staff was amazing. There was always someone at the front desk when we wanted to buy drinks. And we were informed of the roof top bar upon check-in. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was convenient for the event my family was there for. The hotel wasn’t clean enough plus there were roaches not just in the rooms but in the bathtub and hallways . I didn’t pay attention to the hotel being dog friendly and I’m sure the cleanliness has a lot to do with it. Next time I’ll take my time with choosing my stay .

Great facility--even greater service!
The attention to detail was far more than expected for a Best Western. The amenities were more on the line of Hilton or Marriott. Every member of the staff greeted use when they saw us. A rare commodity these days. Sasha and Lisbonnete went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We will definitely be back.
