We have stayed at this Microtel at least twice a year for the last 4 years. We have never had an issue with anything or anyone. We like that there is a pool and complimentary breakfast but mostly we like that it is reasonably priced.

Microtel could do a lot better.
Your hotel did not have the same standards as it did the last time i stayed there. I elevator was not clean. The room had missing molding along the baseboards, and even some of the furniture was damaged. That was the second room i tried. The text number that checks on your arrival told me that breakfast was served at 6 30 am, all i wanted was coffee. Breakfast is served at 7am according to the staff. I bed however, was very comfortable. The bed wasn't worth $100 plus $20 gratuity.

Our room was very clean, and very European (tiny). Shower was great, bed was comfortable . Staff was friendly. However, one snafu - when calling beforehand to make sure they had parking for oversized vehicles, we were assured they did. But found out when we got there that they really did not have parking for our full sized van pulling a 16' U-Haul trailer. It all worked out fine, though. We were passing through on our way to Florida to repair our home which was damaged by Helene.

Cheap and cheerful, as they say. Microtel rooms are economically sized, reminding me of travels outside of the USA, but very reasonably priced and quite adequate for a good night's rest while on the road. One quibble, no bedside light by which to read.
