It’s near to haram but an outdated property which need renovation Checking was problematic it was just mismanaged The bathroom were smelly furniture too heavy and of 60s decor The Aircondoitiong just working and tasteless breakfast

Small room with unfriendly Staff
Staff was very unfriendly. Rooms were very small. We booked a 4 bedroom room which was very small and 4 beds were squeezed in. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

الفندق نظيف ومكانه ممتاز للاسف تم تسجيل الدخول متاخرا بعد الرابعة عصرا وقام الموظف بابلاغي انه لايوجد حجز الا لليلة واحدة مع ان الحجز كان لليلتين وكان معي الحجز وعند الطلب منه اثبات كلامه قام بتمديد الحجز ودفعت مبلغ اكثر من المبلغ المفروض دفعه بزيادة 12 ريال لا يوجد عمال نظافة كافيين في الفندق

فندق جيد جدا يقع بالقرب من المسجد النبوي من ناحية باب السلام الغرف ذات مساحات ضيقة مرتبة ونظيفة الافطار اقرب للجيد نشكر الاخ عمار موظف الاستقبال وكل العاملين انصح به للشباب و العوائل بدون اطفال او كبار سن
