The property is not the problem, the problem is with expedia. I book family studio suite and make full payment but when i check in, the room that i get is totally different from what i pay in expedia. So no more expedia for me.

One of the worst hotels in medina DO NO MAKE THE MISTAKE TO BOOK IF YOUR FROM UK EUROPE AMERICA ASIA ANYWERE IN THE WORLD DO NOT BOOK ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CONDITION VERY OLD STAINS ON BEDS BATHROOM WAS APPALLING I WALKED INTO THE ROOM AND RETURNED KEY THEN TOOK ME 5 HOURS TO BOOK A HOTEL AS ALL HOTELS WAS FULLY BOOKED.
