What really stands out is the hotel's excellent staff. The housekeeping team is excellent, especially Sumon who helped arrange our laundry multiple times. Also deserving of commendation is the hotel's f&b staff led by manager Fouzrullah, all of whom were very attentive to our needs. The bellmen, receptionist were all great. The room condition itself is average as to be expected of an inn, the view of haram is great.

We had a great time staying here. This is the best location literally right Infront of gate 320 of Haram. Breakfast buffet was good, employees and hospitality were amazing as well.

Nice , we loved it , walking distance to haram. There is opportunity to improve: The room was tiny , beds were small, in breakfast they kept checking our room number multiple times while we eat, I asked for check out later than 12 because my train was 1:30 but refused

Saif (bell man) was very good and helfpul. He provided us with good service from check in and took care of our bags when we had to check out. The hotel is close to the haram and the facilities (breakfast,room) were great. They upgraded us to a haram view room free of charge which was a nice touch, we will really consider staying here again and recommending to others.

The Area was perfect, near by the mosque Nabawi, Quba shopping Center etc… The breakfast buffet was good and the staff just lovely and welcoming. Unfortunately I didn’t had in my room the Queen size bed I booked , and they just joined 2 single beds so I could fell the gap in between and it’s wasn’t comfortable at all. A part from that my staying was all right…

I just came back from a 10 day stay at the Tulip Inn. Khaled Al Rashede, was at the front desk who welcomed me at my check in at 4am, once I arrived. He was very professional and very kind. You can tell that he knows customer service, because once he found out that i was staying there for 10 days he immediately made sure that my room had a Haram View. He also made sure within minutes that I was checked into my room. The staff are all good and welcoming, always trying to help and gove aboved and beyond to make your stay better. Just one thing I find can be improved is the food at the breakfast buffet. I can use a step up and have more variety. I do find that somethings are left over from the night befores dinner bufet. The beds are not the greatest but for a haram view its worth it!
