Customer Service was amazing! However the room (non-smoking) wasn't the greatest. It had a strong body odor/cigarette smell to the room, blankets, pillows, and towels. One of the towel was stained. Bed sheets had minor stains and smelled dirty. It was uncomfortable sleeping not knowing if it was clean or not. Walls were dirty and the bathroom did not appear clean. I was on a business trip so I didn't have time to let staff know about this. I'm sure they would've addressed it right away if I mentioned it. The next day I was given new towels which was nice because the towels I had before smelled bad.

It's a fun funky design but kind of low quality. I sat in a chair in our room and something sharp was poking my butt. Upon investigation, I found two large screws that popped out of the fabric with a little pressure! Everything else was fine but not great. The price matched the quality.

The property was not clean at all. The room I got had makeup or dried blood stains on the sheets, there was a dead bug on the wall, there was some dried food on the back of the door, and just not clean at all. We switched to a different room which was cleaner than the last one but still not the best. There was mold in the bathroom and stains on the mattress cover. I expected better and was disappointed.

Extremely dirty. After complaining I was shown 3 different rooms and they were all equally disgusting. Despite the hotel being mostly empty, I was told those three rooms were my only option and I needed to pick one. I decided to contact Expedia who began to initiate a refund effective upon immediate check out. Something happened and after being instructed by Expedia and checking out and paying for another hotel, Expedia tells me that they can’t get me the refund. I didn’t stay a single night in that hotel and was told by Expedia to leave!

Works good for short stays
It was a good experience. Lobby was very nice and relaxing. They have a bar but it’s not open. Rooms were basic. Our room bed unfortunately was very uncomfortable. Vending on every floor. There is a fridge and microwave but no coffee pot in the room. Only one elevator which was strange. Overall it worked well for the night we stayed especially since it was a last minute booking.

Overall good stay
Comfortable room. There was no hot water because of a malfunctioning hot water heater when we checked in the first evening which did not get fixed until after 9:00 am the next morning so had to have 2 cold showers. Otherwise it was a good stay.

It looks like they recently renovated. I think there is a bit more to do. The blue walls with red trim did not go with the floor or other decorations. There are a few small improvements they can make: put a soap dish next to the sink in the bathroom (soap got all yucky on the counter); add a clock in the room, (I woke up at night & the only light was on the microwave saying 2:43 the whole time we were there), There was also no coffee/tea pot in the room, this is a pretty standard offering in most hotels.

A bit run down. Not the best feeling neighborhood. Close to a lot of things because it is right in town. Our weekend nightly rate was way too high for that area.
