This hotel went above and beyond before I even arrived. I flew in to Madison to go to Green Bay so I only booked my fly in and fly out dates here. To save on the car rental I asked the airport to pick me up on fly in day, then drop me off the next day to get the car. Then pick me up after I dropped the car off on the day before I flew out. I mentioned that I’d have to make other arrangements to get dropped off for my departure flight because the flight was outside of posted shuttle hours. They offered to call the driver in 2 hours early to accommodate. The driver was amazing and the communication was great. Upon arriving at the property the service remained stellar. The front desk attendant was great and again went above and beyond by ensuring we were able to watch the football game we wanted to and assisting with local recommendations. The price is great. Especially considering the airport and area shuttle service. The rooms are very large. The hotel itself is a little older and it shows in places. Not complaining at all, I got more than my money’s worth and way higher service quality than expected. Would stay again.

This was a terrible experience and I would not stay here again. The property appears to be run down. The room was absolutely freezing because the heater did not work. Also, I filled out the hotel's survey, at their request, to state I was checking out at 11am only to have housekeeping staff come in at 845am into my room and wake me up to see if I had left!

I like the pool side view and accessible. The breakfast food was good. Staff were veey nice and kind. Very generous. Parking was very good. Location was great. Quiet at night. What i didnt like was the bed size dou le bed dont fit plus size people, shower head was a bit crusty but good. Arcade games could be updated especially adding a coin dispenser as well. Not alot of peiole carry coing ans cash.

I had a wonderful stay at the Baymont Hotel this past weekend! The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel and pool were spotless, which we really appreciated. The breakfast selection was great, with plenty of options to start the day. Plus, the location couldn’t have been better, close to everything we wanted to explore. Highly recommend for a comfortable and pleasant stay
