OUR ROOM CLEANLINESS WAS POOR MAKEUP ON THE FLOOR. LITTLE BLACK FLYS ALL OVER THE BATHROOMS. NO TRASH BAGS IN ANY OF THE GARBAGES AND THE HOT TUB WAS BROKEN, WHICH WAS THE MAIN REASON FOR BOOKING IT.

ANY PORT IN A STORM OF CHAMPIONS
WENT TO SEE OREGON MAINTAIN ITS FOOTBALL WINNING STREAK IN MADISON. DOWNTOWN HOTELS WANTED 600-1000/NITE. STAYED ON THE EAST SIDE FOR 252 INSTEAD. ROOM HAD TWO LARGE BEDS BUT LACKED CELLPHONE CHARGING PORTS--A MUST TODAY!

This was a very nice suite style hotel conveniently located just off of the interstate on the East side of Madison. Everything was great! The only drawback was the road noise from the interstate being so close.

Great facility with a friendly staff. Very clean and modern for a reasonable rate. Will definitely stay again. Only negative is the hot tub was broken but life happens.

Hotel was very up to date and clean. Did not like that breakfast was not included, and the purchased breakfast was way over-priced! I asked the housekeeper to change our towels, but she did not.

Beautiful room
The hotel was wonderful very comfortable very clean just beautiful however, even after you pay for your room, they have to charge you a $150 on your credit card which we did not have so we were not going to be able to stay there. After lots of back-and-forth, we finally got to pay cash And everything was fine. I understand the policy, but I don’t know why we couldn’t have just paid cash in the first place since the room was prepaid.
