Enjoyed our stay. Staff and service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and it was convenient to have a Starbucks in house. Beds were comfortable and room was clean, but my only grievance was that the bedding did not smell fresh. Other than that, everything was top notch. Delicious warm cookies are a nice perk as always, and love that they have an allergy free cookie option. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel!
I love this hotel, everything was amazing! The check-in was fast, everyone was super nice, the installations were well-maintained, and the gym was great. The food is so good too. I'm marking this as a favorite place to stay in Madison!

I can’t believe my room had a window that was unusable. Why would anyone want an “inside cabin” type experience? What is the reason I had to either flash the entire pool area or keep my room with no natural light? Hideous and unacceptable. Also, the coffee/food service hours are not as advertised on your website. No service of any kind between 10/11-4pm? You advertise breakfast lunch and dinner with a Starbucks. Really disappointing and not at all what I expected or paid over a thousand dollars for.
