I would like to share a few concerns: 1. The A/C heating blower is extremely noisy. I had to turn it off in the middle of the night to be able to sleep. 2. The bathtub was not draining properly. 3. A very important issue I’d like to highlight is regarding breakfast. Bacon, egg omelets, and scrambled eggs were placed together in the same chafing dish, causing them to mix flavors. This arrangement is not suitable for vegetarians and should be addressed by using separate dishes.

Only 2 towels in the bathroom, the tub was dangerously slick. The bed was very lumpy and very uncomfortable. The breakfast was only so so. Overall, it was the worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in and we won’t be back!!

2nd stay, but unfortunately, not like the first. Both mornings, SPA has zero heat - known issue (they said) but not fixed - not being picky, but I travel for work and I specifically pick hotels with a Fitness Center and Spa as it is part of my morning work out. Then, unruly guests from 2:30am-3:30am - waking me out of a dead sleep

Great Thanksgiving Trip
Everyone we encountered during our stay were very friendly and professional, breakfast was great with so many great options. We had a concern about an overcharge pet fee which Lauren took the time to review the bill and fix the issue.
