First of impression upon arrival was un welcoming. We were given keys that didn't work. Had to go back down to the lobby to have them, rescanned.
Room with clean. Find core mold in the bathroom sink. Towels are folded on counter instead of hanging on a wall or out of the way.
We utilized the pool, which was fine other than the black gunk. Surrounding the rim of the hat tub and the pool that would flake off. Pretty gross. Pool was cool temp fine for the kids.
Temperature in the room seemed normal. As we were active
And warm air seemed to be blowing at times, but I did frequently have to adjust the thermostat to higher heat.
I woke up at two a m, with the events blowing freezing air on high. I crank the heat temperature read as 57 degrees. Nothing changed. At this point, realize the phone in the room to call down to the lobby did not work. So I walked down to the lobby to ask if somebody could come and look at it. I also have a family in the room sleeping, shivering. He comes up, unplug it the sides of the
Box falls off. It's nighttime, we just leave it.He can't adjust it back on properly. He does something says it should work.I wait thirty minutes nothing changes. I go back downstairs.
Ask for the room to be reimburse and cancel the remaining nights. They do at this point, it's around 4am. I pack up the room. Luckily, we have brought extra blankets that my kids got for christmas. We check out once they woke up.
