Please fix all your bathroom drains!!!!!ASAP
The room was fine it’s self but bathroom sink and bath tub were stopped up very bad and it smelled bad from this, there was black stuff that was coming up out of the drains while your standing in shower with back up water because drain is so clogged up they need some plumbing work done asap but other than bathroom the room was clean and comfy I hope they fix the plumbing 😞but literally no other issues..,

The room was rather small and the only chair was a desk chair. That may have been due to it being an accessible room. The set up of the accessible shower allowed a LOT of water to splash from the shower to the bathroom floor. But overall, the room was fine.

The property was pretty good there were a couple things though. The bathrooms are really small and lack privacy, i stayed in a double bedroom. I found a couple hairs in the shower and also be careful about leaving your room. The doors dont always lock shut. I left and heard the click but when i returned my doir had nit close shut ir somehow opened. I check my items and no one had taken anything but that was scary. The front desk offered to change iur room but i was onky staying 1 nught and i wasnt alone.

The bed was comfortable. The shower severely lacked water pressure. For one night after a ballgame, it was a good place to stay.

The accessibility room is still somewhat cluttered and hard to maneuver around in but it was better than the non accessible room. Personally I think a wall unit Murphy bed would make much more sense in place of the other stationary bed. This allows for the accessibility limited person to get situated without being in the way or feeling like their equipment is in the way. There is not enough room on the side of the bed for any devices, no electrical plugs or night stand/bedside table to place anything or plug in any devices. It would have been even better to have one queen and the Murphy bed be a double to give more room in the room. The GFI outlet wouldn’t work in the bathroom. The door had light coming in all around the doorway. The curtains did not have wrap around so the one bed is bathed in a direct beam of light coming in from the back paved area. After trying to fall asleep multiple times with the light in my face I had to improvise and place the ironing board in the chair and lean it on the curtains the block out the light enough that I could finally fall asleep. Also the shower allowed water to get all over the floor and with no fan in the room there was condensation covering the floor which became extremely slippery. Thankfully I was able to just wear my socks so they got wet but after my daughter slipped and almost fell due to the slick moist tiles it was worth having wet socks. The staff- absolutely amazing! The bed was comfortable. The night clerk =outstanding!
