I stayed two nights with my two kids. The room was meticulously clean and we found the beds and pillows very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a great size and were clean and functional. There were always plenty of pool towels available. The game room was a nice bonus. We ordered food from The Hub once and we were very happy with the taste and quality of the food and how thoughtfully and carefully it was packed. All the staff we encountered without exception were kind and friendly. We would absolutely choose the Sheraton again in future trips to Madison.

The staff were amazing! We had a large group there for the Badger game and was excited about the free shuttle. Although the driver was out sick the day we needed him for a ride the manager stepped in and drove our group to dinner and back. Their customer service exceeded my expectations. We will definitely go back.

When I visit Madison I usually stay near the capitol, but that wasn’t available. This location is a bit further but a winner - parking was free and easy, bike share (b-cycle) dock on property, right on bike/foot path to Lake Monona and downtown. Great for morning walks and getting back and forth. Staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Rooms have a strange layout with closet in bathroom- but a minor issue
