Room is overall fine and clean. However there are no blankets only a sheet on the bed and throw pillows. Gave us a room key for a room that already had someone else in it. That was fine had it sorted right away. However I’m not from the area and believe I left my purse in the room we stayed in. Called multiple times over the course of November to ask and each time someone will take my name, number and room I stayed in then tells me they’ll give me a call back and I never receive a call back. It’s been an ongoing process.

The location is nice. The nearby stores and restaurants and the location being on bus line is super convenient for those with no car. Staff was super helpful too.

It shouldn’t happen
Our reservation was for two rooms, 3 nights. Check-in and first night were normal. Left for tourist events. When we returned, 9:00 pm, neither room was made up. Went to bed. Shortly someone with a key attempted to enter our room. We were all startled; manager phoned immediately. Said we weren’t in the system; couldn’t find us by name so both rooms had been cancelled/erased. She had me spell our name THREE times, then told me to go to sleep, she’d take care of it. I immediately phoned our second room and cautioned them to flip the security bar. Around 2:00 am someone with a key attempted to enter their room. In the morning, new manager knew nothing about it. We started over and she had to phone the night manager. Eventually, we got new keys for both rooms. NOT a good experience.
