Great Value in Madrid
This is a newer hotel and the suite was very contemporary and well appointed. Having a kitchen and a small separate sitting area was very nice. The bed was very comfortably and, though some street noise could be heard, it was a pretty quiet room. The location was great - about an equal distance between the Prado and Puerto del Sol. Lots of restaurants, shopping and entertainment nearby.

La propiedad hermosa y el departamento muy completo. Está cerca de todo lo mas importante de Madrid. El acceso fue muy sencillo y seguro y sin dudas la comunicación fácil y a tiempo. La razón de no colocar los 10 puntos es porque a pesar que los cristales son anti ruido al frente hay un lugar nocturno donde el nivel de ruido es muy elevado y se escucha fuerte dentro del piso.

This is a great property. Staff was wonderful & assisted with our luggage that was lost by airline. Only negative was there was a club nearby that was loud from after midnight until 6:00AM. I was totally impressed with the staff, desk personnel and after hours security that assisted with our luggage issue.

Great property with clean modern room. Walking distance to Retiro Park and plenty of eating and shopping all around. Get an extra key so you can keep AC running when out or it won’t cool down. Automation for entry and elevators works but likely you will hit the wrong floor once or twice. Pool is small - sign actually says for 3 max! - and limited day hours. Only real issue was parking. It’s convenient, and if you pay thru front desk it’s cheaper - but make sure you get something for exit. I got stuck trying to get out at 330am on way to airport. Had to call parking kiosk number and fortunately someone answered. Overall would book again.

The staff was wonderful, the apartment is just perfect, modern, everything works, the beds are amazing, the bathroom spacious, the parking very easy for a BMW 4 series or smaller car, the street is a bit noisy because there is a club across the street, but a pair of earplugs solved the problem.

Amazing little apartment!!
The apartment was really nice and clean. Wonderful staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. It’s walking distance to the shops and lots of attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
