The apartment is well located, with a good view, but needs some renovation: the outdated model of TV in the room needs to be replaced.

The apartment was perfectly located, central but on a side street so not too noisy. The reception staff were welcoming and explained everything. There is a small supermarket next door which is ideal for picking up food for the kitchen. The style and decor in the rooms is lovely, everything was very clean and we had so much space. The rooftop bar has excellent views across the city. Nearest Metro station is a minute's walk away as are many shops and restaurants.

The on line check in and actual check in was very easy and straight forward. The staff were very friendly, approachable and gave good advice. The location is great! Close to metro and some main attractions. Small grocery store around the corner. The apartment was spacious and very well thought out. Clean and tidy. Very welcoming. Everything that you’d need was there and in good working order. Made our stay in Madrid even better. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely weekend. The apartment was a nice big size with 2 bathrooms and plenty of space and lovely big balcony over GranVia near the Schweppes building. Their rooftop bar also did quality (strong) cocktails with views of a brilliant sunset. Something to improve: parts of the apartment were looking a little tired. Better instructions for how to use the oven, there was no indication when we booked that the pool would not be open. We arrived in 26’ weather and were told the pool and sauna shuts at the end of September but no indication of that in the description of the hotel or when booking. Other than that all was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a lovely time in Madrid. Would recommend :)
