Great location, gorgeous facade. Interior a bit tired but room was large and bathroom was fabulous/tile everywhere and separate bath and shower. Great sunset view from rooftop bar. Staff were not very friendly or welcoming.

The staff if the hotel was INCREDIBLE. Javier and Oscar did everything they could make our stay perfect. They were super friendly, helpful and professional the hotel is lucky to have them. THANK YOU BOTH again. Kuddos also to Karen and Elena, their drinks were amazing! Lastly the cleaning staff did a superb job every night we stayed. The location is ideal, close to everything. really recomend.

We loved this hotel. The front desk was especially knowledgeable and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was big and very comfortable. The location was convenient and walkable to everything. Breakfast at 12euros was a bargain and they offered a nice spread. The rooftop bar was also very clean and not crowded and offered a great place to hang out at the end of the day.

Go somewhere else unless you upgrade rooms
No clue how this hotel has such a high rating. The room was hostel grade with no real window and faced the courtyard where a loud fountain is splashing. It had no modern lobby, no vibe. The bedding was awful, like in a $50/night american roadside hotel. Other than the location, there is zero it has going for it.

The hotel is a beautiful building located on a vibrant street with many shopping and dining options. The hotel 9th floor terrace was beautiful to enjoy great views and enjoy cocktails. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was a very enjoyable stay.
