It’s challenging getting into the lobby, the elevators are slow and the room towels are cheap for this type of hotel. The Hotel was very clean and the staff were amazing and helpful. It’s located in downtown Madrid, lots of shops and restaurants around. Everything is in a walking distance.

This is my second stay at this hotel, the air conditioning doesn't work well, there was a musty smell in the room, they wanted to charge me 5 euros for a glass of ice, in other hotels they have given me benefits as a VIP of Expidia, but here nothing.

Hotel is in a decent area. Only two complaints I have are the hotel rooms and bathroom are very small and tight. Decor needs to be updated. I don’t know if I would stay here again. We went up for a drink at 23:45 and they told us the bar was closed when they close at midnight.

The hotel was very nice & clean. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar & pizzeria. It’s close to shopping and other areas of Madrid we like to visit. There was only one day housekeeping missed our room & we had to request towels, water & coffee, but the front desk staff was prompt to deliver. Overall, great hotel, friendly helpful staff & good location.
