From check-in to check-out, the staff at this incredibly styled and situated hotel were fantastic. The hotel is very modern and clean. Very close to action at Plaza del Sol. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Our room was always fresh each day. Definitely check out rooftop bar.

This hotel was okay. It was nice and clean. It didn’t have the feeling of customer service that I’m used to for 5 star hotels and wouldn’t compete with the others we stayed in during our trip to Spain, but it was overall fine. The location was great though! Very easy to walk anywhere and feel safe as well. One random curiosity is that if they see you bringing in food from somewhere other than the hotel, they’ll stop you at the door and make you sign a waiver saying it’s not their fault if you get sick. Super weird and wasn’t something I’ve ever experienced in any country when traveling (including in Spain where I lived for several years).

Interesting new concept, from Universal, very trendy. Even though I would suggest if you dislike urban music and/or any of these kind of rythms/characters, its not the place to go. Actually I dont like them, and after the experience, maybe I shoud reconsider for a next time. Location is very good and the roof top is very nice
