Staff at the property were very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist. The location is a bit far from the attractions and any dining options. The onsite restaurant was adequate. The metro station is a 7 min walk away through a residential neighbourhood and connects to everything in the city. Took us 50 minutes by walk and metro to reach Sol or Chueca.

Property was extremely clean. Staff were very very friendly, especially the gentleman in the dining room in the evenings. I would highly recommend this hotel close proximity to the airport and to the Real Madrid training centre

El hotel es lindo pero deberían mejorar la Atención a la hora de comer. Me pareció de mal gusto que se le prioridad a los trabajadores cercanos que a un huésped…. Y el ruido que se hacía a diario cuando lanzaban la puerta de emergencia.

Nice hotel for business around FERIA area
I attend a conference at IFEMA , hotel is a 8 min distance by car . It was convenience to stay there, because hotels by venue where fully booked. Hotel is clean , comfortable, nice atmosphere and people at front desk very nice and helpful. Very easy checkin . Cons , is located by an route , not a nice place to walk around and center is at 25 minutes by car . Nevertheless I call a car instead a taxi and went to excellent restaurants located at 20 min . I would recommend to call cars instead taxi hit is cheaper, mainly when getting back from IFEMA to hotel. I certainly would recommend the hotel for business .
