The room was amazing! The people were very kind and helpful. The terrace view of the palace spectacular and the vintage car museum and tour was so cool. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the city.

Great location.

Good experience. Arrived before check-in time, but we were allowed to leave our bags at the front desk. Attendant gave us a great recommendation for lunch. When check-in time arrived we went back to the hotel, but our room was still not ready. Didn't take too much longer for our room to be ready, however. Other than that hickup, don't have many complaints.

Amazing location directly across from Royal Palace and Jardines Sabatini. Beautiful rooftop bar, very nice breakfast (extra but reasonable) with cappuccino, yogurts, fruit, cheeses, pastries, eggs and ham. So nice to have microwave and fridge. Quiet and set apart from loud touristy shopping but an easy walk there. All staff were polite, helpful, friendly.

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in. The suite we were in was very nice. The location is great. Close to many things and to transportation. The hotel reception team was very helpful. The beds are very comfortable.

The one bedroom apartment suites are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many excellent restaurants and the free, 001 bus. Our family group of nine enjoyed a delightful four-night stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The suite was larger than we expected and very clean. We used the amenities (coffee, gym, rooftop terrace, and 24/7 concierge). The location was great: directly beside Palacio Real de Madrid, and only an 8 minutes to walk to the Gran Via with all the local restaurants and shows. We only stayed a few nights but we would recommend this stay!
