Clean and quiet, and in a great, central location. Loads of places to eat and drink within easy walking distance, and the tube is also just a short walk away. I’d happily stay again.

The hotel is in the perfect location within minutes of Grand Via, Sol, and with easy access to all major shopping centers around Madrid. The friendly staff will go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. I especially love this hotel because it is safe and secure. No one can enter the hotel lobby without a keycard room key. However, there are a few odd things we were not excited about, namely, there was no microwave, no ironing board, a tiny refrigerator, and limited storage for personal items. Other than that, we loved the place.

I really liked this hotel - I've stayed in this chain before and this was the nicest one yet. Lovely room, had everything I needed and really liked the Dove toiletries. I struggled a little with the noise from the street below, but comfortable otherwise.
