The balcony door did not lock and had to call twice to be given different room. Employee was annoyed that we requested to be moved because door would not lock. Building is clean but structure unkept.

The walls were cracked, the wall paint was scraped off in places, the light over the kitchen table was hanging on its electric wires, the floor outside the small bathroom was warped and made us trip several times, the electric outlet behind the bedside table was not operational, the hallways outside room to the elevator were ugly and scary. Check in was rushed and unfriendly. Check out was very pleasant and the check out guest attendant was very helpful.

Terrible place. People shouting at each other late into the night and very early morning. I think the place must be used as a social housing, which is fine, but it should not be listed as a tourist accommodation. Also, although it is advertised as a furnished apartment with a kitchen, there was no cookware in the apartment. We went to the grocery store and purchased few things to cook for the night only to find out that there there is no cookware in the apartment. At checking out we found out that you have to go to the reception and request the cookware and you must put a deposit to get that. I can go on and on but enough is said.

Poor communication front desk. And dining area ladies not welcoming bad attitude. We sat at the table and no one would come to get our order we left and they did not acknowledge that we even left. The cleaning lady did not wash our dishes. Also, I called front desk for an iron and told me they would bring one and they never did bring me the iron. Had to get a box of pots and pans from the kitchen and to use at the apartment that was weird. Got lost in finding the room when we arrived. I would not stay here at compost again. No buena estancia. 😔☹️
