The staff are exceptionally friendly. From the breakfast to the reception and even the bar everyone was exceptional. They even helped with the luggage when they saw us struggling. We got an IHG late checkout, the taxis they called were cheaper by 50% from Uber and they suggested the best routes to travel by bus or metro. Every member of staff was pleasant and spoke English well. The rooms are not very big but very clean and well furnished with a lot of storage.

Hotel was really pretty and modern. Room was very spacious not to mention the bathroom! We were kinda stress about someone trying to open our door, never got really sure if it was the guest from next door or someone really trying to open, when we reported the incident to front desk the inly thing receptionist told me was it was probably trying to get the other door, hotel it's pretty but as 2 girls we weren't feel safe.

Nice and quite place to stay. You need to make sure to get on the right entrance otherwise you will need to carry your luggage on many steps. The hotel is quite, and it comes with a trade off of not having many restaurants or places to eat near by. I had to walk about 8min for a brunch, or take Uber for 10-15 min to downtown. It’s conveniently close to the airport (about 15-20 min on Uber, about 20 - 30 USD)

We loved that it was very family friendly. We arrived before check in time, and were able to leave our luggage. They greeted us very kindly. The breakfast buffet and service was great! They have good options for kids too! We walked to retiro park everyday during our stay.
