Staff were very friendly and helpful. Located in a safe, quiet urban neighborhood with few tourists, only a few blocks from Metro (subway) stations on several different lines. Lots of markets and places to eat nearby. Rooms on the front (east) side of the hotel face the street and are good if you want a view of the city's daily routine; rooms in the back are slightly quieter but neither are noisy. I had a room with a kitchenette, which was wonderful to sit over coffee in the morning and have lunch or supper options when I wasn't out to meet colleagues or friends for meals. Good WiFi but inquire because some rooms are too far from the router(s) for good reception. Would stay there again without hesitation.

The hotel is a short walk to several metro stations including the one that takes you to the airport so it's super convenient. The rooms are massive and clean although the walls and windows are thin so would advise earplugs for a good night sleep. The reception staff were also really nice and helpful. Overall a nice place to stay.

Old and uncomfortable
Upon arrival and without warning I’ve been given a smoker room. From the elevator you could smell cigarettes. After switching room nothing better. Was like time traveling to the 80s. Old furniture, horrible hairy carpet, curtains. Had a severe allergy crisis. Do not recommend.

Excellent location, able to access all stations. Very close to Santiago stadium and we also went to the zoo and athletico stadium is one train ride away. Beds so comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment would Benefit from having a kettle and toaster too, simple appliances. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we loved it.
