We had a lovely weekend. The apartment was a nice big size with 2 bathrooms and plenty of space and lovely big balcony over GranVia near the Schweppes building. Their rooftop bar also did quality (strong) cocktails with views of a brilliant sunset. Something to improve: parts of the apartment were looking a little tired. Better instructions for how to use the oven, there was no indication when we booked that the pool would not be open. We arrived in 26’ weather and were told the pool and sauna shuts at the end of September but no indication of that in the description of the hotel or when booking. Other than that all was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a lovely time in Madrid. Would recommend :)

Positives - Location is great as it’s right on Gran Via. Our room had a terrace which was very nice. There’s a roof top bar if you don’t feel like stepping outside. Small negatives - because these are more apartment based, the rooms will not get cleaned during your stay like you would have at a hotel. This was fine with us. You are also asked to bring down the trash at the end of your stay to throw it out.

The property is very centrally located. When we arrived only 1 lift was working which meant long waits as it took them several days to fix the lifts. As it is very centrally located there was plenty happening on Gran Via over the weekend. This gave a very lively atmosphere. If you are looking for somewhere central and not bothered by noises of the city (sirens, music etc) this place is great.

Front Desk ladies were very accommodating. Fantastic area. Great rooftop area. Large spaces/bathrooms. No basics in large kitchen so not able to really prepare meals as we had planned. Salt, oil, vinegar & utensils would have been helpful. Great for takeaway or sandwiches. Bit of an issue with hot water first night but promptly corrected.

When they say Location location location, is about this place, for tourism is perfect! safe and well located and on a much better deal than the 4seasons. It is very comfortable and havent change in years is our second time in the property and will use it every time in Madrid

First impressions the room looked nice but on closer inspection was very disappointing. Carpet was very badly stained. Furniture was also badly stained. Pieces of plastic coming off the kitchen stools. One lounge was torn underneath which was very noticeable. Kickboard underneath kitchen bench fell off. No plug for kitchen sink. No washing machine/dryer instructions. Flimsy curtain didn’t fit full length of window. Range hood in middle of kitchen bench was low enough to bang your head on. Location was great and staff on reception were lovely and very helpful.
