Nice property, nice stay, good price
We only stayed one night while in transit. However, there's great dining options, 5th Ave style shopping, and Retiro Park within short walks in the neighborhood. There are two grocery stores down the street - one Whole Foods type quality and the other a more common Kroger/Ralphs variety store. We took our coffee and yogurt on the hotels rooftop and watched the sun rise on our only morning there. Beautiful views of the city.

The rooftop bar was amazing!! Staff very helpful and accommodating. We loved the view! The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The location is excellent and very walkable. Close to the Metro, the Hop on/Hop off Bus, a beautiful park and a number of very good restaurants. We were careful but always felt safe. Our room was very small. Just the basics for sure. Housekeeping did a very nice job.

Really lovely hotel and the staff very friendly and helpful… and spoke English. The bar upstairs has the most amazing view over the city & the food was very good… nice menu! The rooms very clean and comfortable and cleaned well each day. A stones throw from the Retiro park which is lovely for a morning stroll. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel.

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. No me gustaron las almohadas y las habitaciones estan un poco deterioradas. Hacia mucho calor y creo que las camas tienen algun tipo de cubre colchon que calienta. Pase las noches con mucho calor.

Highly recommend this hotel if you like to be near Madrid center but in the center . It’s location next to Retiro park is ideal for Walks in the park . Like a 20 min Walk to main attractions and museums . Bonus was a wonderful rooftop bar and restaurant. Loved the sunsets from there !
