This property is perfect, it has very nice and clean rooms. The location is prime! You’re at walking distance from puerta del Alcalá and the Park retiro. Easy taxi/uber access. 5 star restaurants just across the street. Definitely will be staying here again.

The mattress was very bad. Also the floor of our room was very uneven. The curtain was falling, so that we could not close it. Liked the common areas. Loved the roof top.

The hotel itself is immaculately clean and boasts a modern design that perfectly blends style and comfort. The staff are incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and cared for. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly set this hotel apart. In many ways, H10 Puerta de Alcalá surpasses even the experience offered by several nearby 5-star hotels, making it an exceptional choice for anyone visiting Madrid. Highly recommended! P.S. The rooftop has increible views for the sunset!

Nice property, nice stay, good price
We only stayed one night while in transit. However, there's great dining options, 5th Ave style shopping, and Retiro Park within short walks in the neighborhood. There are two grocery stores down the street - one Whole Foods type quality and the other a more common Kroger/Ralphs variety store. We took our coffee and yogurt on the hotels rooftop and watched the sun rise on our only morning there. Beautiful views of the city.

The rooftop bar was amazing!! Staff very helpful and accommodating. We loved the view! The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The location is excellent and very walkable. Close to the Metro, the Hop on/Hop off Bus, a beautiful park and a number of very good restaurants. We were careful but always felt safe. Our room was very small. Just the basics for sure. Housekeeping did a very nice job.
