Property location is near the airport but unless you have a car it's a little far from the center of Madrid. Parking was available and convenient. Rooms are fairly clean and spacious. Staff is not too friendly. All in all it's a good hotel and I would recommend it.

Like i said in a previous question. Pool was not clean, lots of dead bugs. Still love the pool and the patio area was nice w bbq very convenient.Rooms were vary spacious with lots of closets, desk, sofa was very usefull,ligths connection for the cells were good in each side. Pillows were to soft and flat, med soft problably better.The bed is very comfy. Bathroom was a good size with shampoo, hand cream, conditioner, and body wash. Room was clean. Coffee machine and coffee was avaliable in room. No Spanish channel and it was dissapointed. All the hotel should have Spanish channels. We speak boths languages. Breadfast room very convinient. Love the Cinnamon roles or cake.coffee was good but at time no coffee creamers, sugarless should also be available. Pancakes were not completely cook. Hard to shew. Hot food should be like bacon w potatoes, or roast vegetables w hams. Not everyone likes eggs, . Varieties of cut fruits. Love the yogurt selection and cereals. Oatmeals were good if your there early otherwise it gets dry and low. The workers should be aware of was needed when people are looking for things. The bags and grabs are very good idea in case you can stay for breadfast because work or your leaving early to continued a trip ot going back home.
