Ok the room was not small but the space felt kinda tight, however, it is what we paid for and we were limited in space to store our luggage. However, where the toilet is and the shower, each on their separate space, was big. We felt like they could have done a better design to a better distribution of the space. Staff goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and to want to come back to this place!

Upon arriving Andrea at reception had wonderful customer service, she was fast efficient and immediately offered to help with any questions we had about the city, this was our first time in Madrid, she immediately pulled out a map and introduced us to best ways of navigating the city, every one was friendly. I loved that our room had a court window, that made it easier to recover from get lag as it’s quiet keeping outside noise from interrupting our rest. Very convenient walk to and from the train station of Atocha.

The property was clean and in convenient location for us. Walking distance to the main shopping district and sightseeing places. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet had a good selection
