Good for transportation and dining and supermarket. Close to Gran Via for high end shopping. Area around hotel felt a little sketchy, but we did not have any issues Bathroom fully renovated, no hairdryer, room was small and bed was very firm Overall good value, staff was not overly friendly Easy to walk to Plaza Mayor and Plaza del Sol

The hostal was in a very convenient location. Extemely close to the nearest metro station. The room itself was spotless, modern, had obviously been renovated recently, the toilet was lovely too! The staff were friendly and helpful and available 24/7. The only complain i did have was that i was sometimes accosted by what i presume were prostitutes and their pimps just outside the hostal entrance. Other than that, no complaints!

Great location and comfortable rooms! Staff at front desk were also very pleasant and helpful. Only negative side of our stay here was that the walls of the rooms do not seem to have any sound proofing as we were kept awake until 2am by the people in the room adjacent to ours - constantly being woken up by their movements in the room as well as slamming of doors on the floor. With a 6am start to our day, we did not get much sleep at all during the night.

The property itself was clean and the staff friendly. There was some sort of repairs been done to one of the rooms which resulted in a lot of noise. Also the immediate external environment was not attractive to the entrance of the property. There was loiters outside on the street which made me feel unsafe when I first entered. I felt a little better when I see that they were friendly but it is not an ideal location for them to be hanging out.
