The property was over an hour away from Madrid by bus or 45 euros by Uber. There was no hot water in the shared bath and the beds were not comfortable.

Staff open the front door at 6am or 7am let all the main areas open with proper heating conditions while your room got frozen and the corridor to the bathroom and unheated , so when you have to use the bathroom the changing temperature from the room to the bathroom got me a clod which I am still suffering due to my room was in the main entrance at street level

Las habitaciones huelen muchísimo a umedad,la.cama esta hecha solo.con la sábana sin protector de colchón,las almohadas huelen al.sudor.del cliente anterior, la limpieza de la habitación orible,no.ay ni un espejo con eso digo todo. El baño lleno de umedada las paredes las inguinal hasta con mu, Le pedí que nos cambie las toallas y han pasado hasta de largo en escuchar Vamos lo.peor se los.peores

Al hacer la reserva no me di cuenta que los baños eran compartidos, claro que por el precio que me costó era de imaginar lo que me esperaba. En la foto aparecía una habitación con cama de matrimonio, nos dieron una con dos camas en la que dormí yo,el colchon y la almohada era de lo peor en lo que he dormido nunca. Los estores no funcionaban, la lamparita de la mesa tampoco y la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Pero como dice mi padre lo barato sale caro

Llegué al hostal y en la recepción apestaba a tabaco , el trato por parte de la chica que estaba en recepción dejo mucho que desear. Los baños en común les falta bastante higiene y en las habitaciones se escucha bastante el ruido de otras habitaciones.

Poca atención a la recepción, duramos 1 hora esperando afuera del hostal que llegara alguien y nos atendieran por esta razón el señor del transporte se aprovecho y nos cobro un costo exorbitante por el servicio, ya después que nos instalaron la atención de los propietarios fue muy buena.

La ducha y en general el baño da asco de lo sucia que está. Tienen perros y gatos dando vueltas por todo el hostal y haciendo sus necesidades en la entrada. La recepcionista fuma en los pasillos y recepción, olía realmente mal. Las recepcionistas estaban gritando por la mañana sin que les importase que la gente estuviera durmiendo. Había muchas cosas rotas como los estores y el mango de la puerta y lo que no estaba roto estaba sucio como el microondas. Obviamente es muy barato y no esperaba que fuera a ser gran cosa, pero el precio no justifica la mala educación del personal y toda la suciedad que había. Cogí el sitio por el precio pensando que era barato porque está en un pueblo de la comunidad de Madrid pero ese sitio no está en las condiciones mínimas como para estar abierto.
