The hotel is nice and is located near bus and subway station. The hotel is clean and the staff from the frint desk to house cleaning were very professional and helpful. The A/C worked very well.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the subway (5 min) in a safe and quiet area. For a tourist visiting Madrid it is perfect. Staff is very professional and friendly. Breakfast is good, but not excellent (by European standards). Coffee is bad (by Spanish standards).
