Good rooms which are spacious and clean. However furniture in the rooms need an update. The furniture was worn wood which is not a modern look for me. Also more glass and steel type furniture would make the rooms substantively more modern. However, overall good service from staff and good facilities.

Very good experience at Exe hotel! 20 min drive from the center of Madrid, but still worth it! Very clean and lots of space in the room! Great for a family of four adults! Great breakfast!

Great Hotel for the right location

We arrived at the hotel about 10 am, exhausted from a flight from the United States. We were immediately given our room, no reminding us that check in is at 2:00 pm, as it admittedly is. We were ready to pay extra for early check in because we were so tired but it never got to that point. SO GRATEFUL! Also, I forgot to print our train tickets before we left home. I was able to print them at the hotel at no charge. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Loved everything about this place. ❤️

I stay in many hotels and can be quite picky in particular in where I feel safe and comfortable. This hotel is one if the best I have stayed. I didn't even realize this at the time I booked but the location couldn't be better either. You are right in feont if the park with the renown architectural buildings. 10/10

This is a very nice hotel just one metro stop from Chamartín train station. Metro station Plaza de Castilla is a few steps from the hotel, which is very convenient to get around Madrid. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Fabulous stay and highly recommend the connecting family rooms. Hotel was spotless. Not sure why the bar and restaurant weren't open the weekend we were there.
