nothing "Unique" to describe, it is a very nice and clean hotel, the staff is excellent, I stayed in another hotel from the same chain last year and i was satisfied, I was there for business so it was a good choice. Unfortunately it was not well located with the public transportation for my needs as it was the other hotel last year but that's was just a small inconvenient for me.

This is a corporate hotel so doesn’t have the same appeal as smaller more personal ones. But overall our stay for 1nt was good, the room was clean & in good order. We didn’t eat in the hotel. We walked from the train station to the hotel & took a taxi back the next morning. The reception staff were friendly

Just an average hotel. The most unsafe bath/shower. The tub was uneven, hard to stand on, and it was slippery. Unsafe and unnecessary tub glass door. Also, the water the toilet won't flush properly. You should keep pushing the button for a long time to flush.

I was at this property for just one night but my overall experience was awesome from friendly staff, ease of parking in the garage and the super awesome breakfast with lots of gluten free options.. would definitely stay at this property or their other properties

Ilunion Pio XII is half an hour's bus ride away from the town centre (there is a convenient bus stop just outside the main entrance). The hotel is advertised as a four star but does not feel that way. The room was large but not laid out in a particularly comfortable way (the bed was fine). The desk lamp didn't work. There was not enough hanging space in the bathroom and again the layout was not user-friendly - the bath was awkward to get into, slippery and no rubber mat provided. The cleaning staff did not seem to grasp the idea of replacing things they removed (a used bath mat, a newly opened soap bar or teabags). The air conditioning caused quite a serious leak through the light fitting. We liked the breakfast, apart from the coffee which wasn't great. The restaurant / bar / reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
