Everyone made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Room tidiness was done every day to make sure it was cleaned and stocked with clean towels and shower necessities. Will be coming back again !

The staff at desk were friendly but rooms were very minimalistic to the point of being a bit uncomfortable. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable (pillows were old and hard no head board on bed ) fridge didn’t work, toiletries were almost non existence and tub had some mold starting to form.

This is not a 4 star property, more likely a 3 star. Location is not walking distance to major sites, but public transportation is easy to get. Was expecting a lot more for the price paid.

The room we originally booked was not representative of the photo of the room. I needed to upgrade for an additional amount to get a larger room. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The property was located central to public transportation and there were multiple restaurant options to choose from in the area.

The air condition is cut off due to supposedly the cool weather, but early October its wasn’t cold. The air is shut off and you have to open the window All of the garbage trucks and trash cans are loud and with the windows open they pick up at 3,4am every morning. Ridiculous absolutely ridiculous no sleep at all 3 different companies pick up right after each one.😤

Was a awful start, gave us room in a old building, smelly hallway, room is dirty, bedding not changed, no toiletries replaced, however, called front desk, upgraded a room in different building , so after stay was fine. General speaking , staffs are all good and responsive, but the cleaning is a real concern.

I been there, this hotel was not a 4 star hotel, it’s more likely Motel. The cleaning was terrible of the room and there were holes in the room. I requested the front desk to give me a water in my room but he was so arrogant and he didn’t send a water bottle. I humbly request to new people don’t stay at this place and request to the management to improve the service and clean the rooms.

We stayed for couple of nights here during our visit to Madrid. We hhave mixed feelings about this hotel. The rooms were not ready by check in time. The front desk offered to store our luggage till the room was ready. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with modern amenities for our family(2 adults and 2 teenage kids) We loved the closet ,it was huge walk in closet. The bathroom was the only con it was tiny and the door handle came off , we tried to explain to the guys at the front desk during our early morning checkout and they didn't speak much English. The hotel was in a residential area which felt safe. You need to take a taxi to the city center. The breakfast was ample and good enough
