Wonderful. Convenient, clean, wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast, very generous and varied. The location is also nice in Barajas, within walking distance to nice local bars and restaurants and also the metro station to Madrid. The shuttle is punctual and convenient. They pick you up at any time, not like in other hotels near by, and don’t charge for the shuttle to the airport as other hotels do (in small letters). There are no surprises, what you see is what you get. This is going to be my always layover hotel in Madrid!

It’s impeccably clean. The staff are helpful and kind. The shuttle is punctual and very convenient. The breakfast is generous and delicious with everything possible. Best layover option. But also, it’s in a quaint area of Barajas, with many dinning options, nice places to walk around.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Located near the airport. Had shuttle service to pickup from airport. Did have breakfast with lot of options. Walking distance to grocery store that offered fresh orange juice (fill your own bottle).

Highly recommend this hotel
I’ve stayed here 3 times and it has become our go-to hotel while passing thru Madrid. It has a reliable shuttle bus to and from all airport terminals, they even email you their schedule. The hotel is surrounded by nice places to eat, all great and inexpensive; surroundings are safe and well lit and the hotel personal are very professional and courteous.

We stayed here on the last night of a 3 week trip through Spain. It’s a clean reasonably priced hotel if you need a place to crash before you go to Madrid airport. It’s clean and comfortable with a shuttle that takes you to all the terminals. We also ate at the restaurant the night before and it was wonderful food and service
