Great location, very centric and great breakfast buffet. Only downside our room faced Gran Via very noisy and air conditioned was off required to open windows and it was very noisy.

Great location for average hotel.
Average hotel, reception staff do not come out of the way to make you feel welcome. No toiletries offered, good bedding, great shower, good breakfast only if it's included in your rate. If not, lots of very good choices at chocolatiers close by with plenty of options and way cheaper than the 12 euros pp. Great location!

Location is excellent. Walkable to anywhere for sightseeing, shopping and dining. Only thing is the building is old, so even though it’s nicely updated inside, you hear someone talking in next room, and all plumbing sounds. The room was comfortable although it was tiny, so I had to open up my 27” tall suitcase on the bathroom floor, but there was an electric kettle with good drip coffee and some tea selections.

The room was a good size. However, the room lacked any tea/coffee equipment. The bathroom floor was very old. Not enough storage area. The lighting arrangement was very confusing to us. The breakfast area was always crowded and bread choices were limited. At the service desk, there was limited help for English speaking guests such as us. In summary, the hotel should be more welcoming and warm to earn business from foreign guests.
