It is a convenient property to the station. I did not like the extra charge for early check in and having a room on 2nd floor facing the noise of direct traffic. Staff could do upcharge and have me higher up away from the traffic at least.

Nice and convenient hotel but a bit overpriced. Secure, clean, conveniently located and nice breakfast. Beds are not very comfortable though and there was not air conditioning adjustment available.

Wonderful hotel, polite and very helpful staff, ultra clean and comfortable room. The room was really roomy for an European hotel, and the bathroom was modern and everything worked! It is across the street from the Atocha train station so we easily found it after our ride from Barcelona. Great location, too, since it is very close to the Prado Museum and the large Retiro park.
