The hotel was just okay. The room air conditioning was terrible even with the EU laws on room temperature it was too hot. The fridge did not cool down the drinks in it. The room did not have an iron you had to request one. The staff at the restaurant were terribly rude.

This hotel was decent! Garage is very secure, Room was a decent size, and staff was friendly. I think those are the only positives! Hotel is far from center. About 20-30€ one way into center. Bar is the only place to eat a sandwich or hamburger. Dinner buffet is 21€ for adults and 15€ for children and all I ate was salad. Everything else did not look appealing! Then there was wine just sitting on a table ( no sign or anything) so I went to take a glass thinking it was included, and a staff member came over to tell me that was for another group. The only thing you get with dinner is water. No one even came to ask us if we wanted anything else! 4€ for a glass of wine and 21€ for a dinner I didn’t eat…left hungry! Ate better on my flight back to USA than I did that night. Very big disappointment! Also, bed was very uncomfortable so hungry and tired does not make for a great stay!

The room was really nice but the breakfast was really poor.. Staff at breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly but the actual food was a huge letdown. The cooked breakfast was fully cold both days of our stay. The gluten free bread provided both days was rock hard and so dry. I almost choked on it. I tried again the second day incase it was a one off but it was exactly the same. Its such a shame as Spain is incredible for gluten free food. We didnt get a chance to use to pool. If you need to be in the area its a nice hotel with lovely friendly staff and decent sized rooms but i recommend to eat elsewhere. .

This Hotel was pretty conveniently located for the purpose of my trip. I went to a concert at the Estadio Civitas Metropolitano and I also visited Madrid. There is a metro station and restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel personnel was very kind and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Staff, service, and accommodations were great. Hotel staff knew English to help us when needed. Hotel was located in a business park, so limited options to walk to after 5:00 pm. It’s located about 20-30 minutes from downtown Madrid, but more cost effective.

It was a terrible stay. The room’s Aircondition kept making constant humming noise throughout the night. When we tried contacting the reception, no one answered the call. We only stayed there for a night since we had an early morning flight and none of us could go to sleep due to this noise. We would like to request a full refund for the stay.
