It is beautiful! Outstanding service, all the staff was amazing, Marta, Denis, Manuela, Jose, Alex, Victor, Jordan, the list is outstanding as their service attitude and friendly service. Every detail was very well executed. The room was great, the red level is a most for a perfect stay! Can’t wait to be back, thank you for giving us an unforgettable experience!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Palacio de los Duques Gran Meliá hotel and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, making us feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. One of the highlights of our stay was the dining experience at restaurant Jardín de los Duques. The food was absolutely delicious, showcasing local flavors and creative dishes. The breakfast buffet was a standout, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated close to major attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. I appreciated the thoughtful recommendations from the concierge, which helped us discover hidden gems nearby. Overall, Palacio De Los Duques Gran Meliá Hotel exceeded ours expectations in every way. My husband and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay, and we can't wait to return on my next trip!

Wonderful stay in excellent location in Madrid
The location of the hotel is excellent, located near the palace and the main shopping and entertainment districts. The area is located with so many choices of restaurants with different choices of food. The staff of the hotel is friendly, helpful, and eager to set up restaurant recommendations and reservations. They get you tickets to shows and movies. The rooms are clean, comfortable with lots of water and occasional treats. My only disappointment was trying to register for and be accepted for the free use of the audi car. For some reason i wasn't accepted and able to use this feature that the hotel e-mailed us about... Otherwise, this is an excellent choice for a comfortable, problem-free stay in beautiful Madrid. I want to note that "Jose" at the front desk was very helpful with a unique situation we had and we appreciated his help very much. We will absolutely return to this hotel.
