Its a beautiful hotel that is well located close to 2 metro stops. The hotel has an excellent spa service. Our rooms were also great, the only downside is that is an $$$$ hotel, so if you have a limited budget, this is your first time in madrid and you are planning to expend a lot of time outdoors maybe this is not the best option for you.

This is an exceptional Hotel. The service was impeccable! The restaurant was excellent, with a great quality menu and variety. The pool and rooftop bar were perfect for a pre-dinner drink. The location is walkable to most key attractions, shopping and the food district. Everyone, from the front desk to wait staff and hotel services, made you feel welcome.

Our first Gran Meliá stay and we truly enjoyed the hospitality, the property (rooftop bar and pool area) was a great place to have a pre-dinner drink and watch the sunset. Staff was responsive and friendly and wanted to make our stay wonderful. Near the Royal Palace, Teatro Real, Plaza Mayor, and Gran Via. Thank you Gran Meliá.

The hotel was perfect. Great location , the beds were very comfortable. We had 3 rooms and everyone was very happy with the accommodations. The shower had very good water pressure. When i visit Madrid again, i will definitely return to this hotel.

When the flowers on your room service tray are dead and there is mold in the bathroom, the bed is hard, the service slow and the food bad there isn't much I can say about this hotel that would rate publishing.
