Amazing experience - highly recommended
This hotel is in the Salamanca barrio. It's a cool part of town and the hotel itself was fantastic - luxurious and the staff was competent. Very impressed.

Top notch location, staff, hotel, room, amenities. Nothing about the hotel was plain and simple. Elegant and tastefully done. Bed was very comfortable. The room was so inviting you wouldn't mind staying in and ordering room service. Staff made us feel special, accommodating every request we made! Stayed for 3 nights and came back for one more night ( within the same vacation) because it was that good! The experience wasn't perfect but Juan( hotel manager) was there to put things back in order.

This hotel was PERFECT for our short trip to Madrid. We loved it so much that we want to come back just to stay at Relais & Châteaux Heritage again! Arian, Juan, Esebon, and A’lvaro were wonderful to us and gave us the most wonderful experience possible. Front desk is available 24/7!! We never had a single issue, and they were always willing to hail a cab for us for our day and night adventures in the city. The bathrooms were super clean. The bed was incredibly comfy, so comfy that my husband and I looked forward to our daily naps! 10/10! Highly recommend.
