Well-located hotel. Great staff, clean hotel. The only real negative we can think of is that the rooftop pool was ice cold. Even on a hot day, the water was too cold to get in.

The hotel rooms are smaller than advertised and there weren’t enough loungers by the pool for the guests. The pool was also cold and the water wasn’t super clean. It’s a good location but the pictures aren’t quite reality

Excelente hotel en Gran Vía, a pasitos de Plaza del Callao, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor y Palacio Real. Fantástica la atención de todo el personal, empezando por la recepción.
