Thoroighly enjoyed our 4 night stay. Hotel was clean, staff very friendly. Decent selection at breakfast including cooked menu options. Room was a one bedroom with sofabed and a good size. Only downside was when the sofabed was opened during the night, it was a bit of a squeeze to walk past it to the bathroom. Hotel centrally located with large selection of restaurants and bars nearby. Most attractions also within walkable distance. Would definitely recommend as it was not overly expensive and represented good value for money.

We arrived early (6:30 am); no rooms (should’ve booked 2 nights). Told we were a priority, then it should be ready by 1:00; got the keys at 2:15. Issue with room was not communicated. Lobby is not a comfortable place to wait.

Great trip
Excellent room, with all the conforts. On the third night we felt a strange smell; we report it. They sent a team and tried to solve it. Upon returning from the flamenco show, the problem persisted. We moved out the room to a superior suite. They changed the experience completely. The next day the hotel invited all of us (4) to a delicious breakfast. Excellent. Hospitality!. This is my sixth visit to madrid. I had never stayed at this hotel. We will return for sure!

The hotel is super close to major attractions, shopping, restaurants and my encounters with the staff was always top notch, very friendly. Unfortunately, the bed and sofa bed were so uncomfortable that I hardly slept. The room and bathroom felt clausterphobic but then again it’s European sizes so take this review for what it is.

It was a wonderful place. We had a 2 bed 1 bath for 3 people. It came with a full kitchen and had an RV style washer/dryer combination, which was wonderful after almost 3 weeks. There is a restaurant attached but is only open Noon-4:00 PM so we did not use it. Had an elevator which was appreciated and they brought all of our luggage to the room. In the room there was a plate of cheese and crackers with a bottle of champagne and a very nice note. We enjoyed the pool on the rooftop which has a beautiful view of some of the city. One note about the area. Do not go to the 24 hour marts. They charge 4 times as much for everything and are dirty little rooms. Just down the street is DIA which is a nice market and reasonable prices.

Great location. Easy ealking or subway access to everywhere we needed to go. Front desk emoloyees very friendly snd helpful. There is luggage storage if needed. Small rooftop pool gets crowded, but a treat in Madrid in the summertime. Our AC was spotty throughout the apartment, but overall a smart choice.

We were in Madrid for one night. The staff were accommodating. The apartment was in great shape. The location was great. One staff convinced and helped us purchase the tickets for the hop-on-hop-off bus for 24 hours. It was a great decision because there were so many architectural pieces to cover.
